    Apple Crisp Donuts Ingredients:

    ¾ cup gluten free flour
    ¼ cup almond flour
    1 tsp cinnamon
    ¾ tsp baking soda
    ¾ tsp baking powder
    ⅛ tsp salt
    ¼ cup coconut sugar
    2 eggs, large
    1 apple, pealed and diced
    ¼ cup NNM Apple Crisp Peanut Butter
    ¼ cup almond milk
    1 tsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Instructions
    1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a donut mold or pan with non-stick spray.
    2. In a large bowl, stir together the flours, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt until combined.
    3. Place the coconut sugar, eggs, apples, peanut butter, milk, vinegar and vanilla into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
    4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until a batter forms.
    5. Fill the donuts molds with the batter and bake for 10-14 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    6. Once the donuts cool, stir together the glaze ingredients and dip each donut into the glaze.
