    4 tbsp Salted Caramel Peanut Butter

    1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a baking dish non-stick spray.
    2. Place the apples, coconut oil and cinnamon into a baking dish and stir.
    3. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until apples are tender.
    4. Immediately serve with 1/4 cup of ice cream and peanut butter.
