    15 oz can low sodium garbanzo beans
    ½ c Birthday Cake Peanut Butter
    ⅓ c granulated erythritol
    ¼ c unsweetened almond milk
    ½ tsp baking soda
    ½ tsp baking powder
    ⅛ tsp salt
    1 packet stevia
    ¼ c sprinkles

    Birthday Cake Peanut Butter Blondies
    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or non-stick spray.
    2. Wash the garbanzo beans well and remove skins. They come off easily if you rub the beans between your hands. This is tedious but worth it.
    3. Place the beans and peanut butter into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients (except sprinkles) and continue blending until smooth. Fold in sprinkles.
    4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges start to pull from the sides.
    5. Cut into 9 pieces and serve.
