Birthday Cake Peanut Butter Blondies Ingredients:
15 oz can low sodium garbanzo beans
½ c Birthday Cake Peanut Butter
⅓ c granulated erythritol
¼ c unsweetened almond milk
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp salt
1 packet stevia
¼ c sprinkles

Ingredients
- 15 ounce can garbanzo beans low sodium
- 1/2 cup birthday cake peanut butter
- 1/3 cup granulated erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 packet stevia
- 1/4 cup sprinkles

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or non-stick spray.
- Wash the garbanzo beans well and remove skins. They come off easily if you rub the beans between your hands. This is tedious but worth it.
- Place the beans and peanut butter into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients (except sprinkles) and continue blending until smooth. Fold in sprinkles.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges start to pull from the sides.
- Cut into 9 pieces and serve.
