Blueberry Banana Nut Snack Bites
If you’re not bananas for these, you’re nuts!
Blueberry Banana Bread Snack Bite Ingredients:
3 cups gluten free rolled oats
1 ripe medium banana, mashed
1/2 cup Banana Nut Peanut Butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup freeze dried blueberries
Blueberry Banana Bread Snack Bites
Place 2 1/2 cups of the rolled oats into a food processor and blend until a sticky dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a mixer or large bowl and add the remaining oats and mix until well combined.
Wet the palms of your hands and barely dry them (leaving them slightly damp will prevent the dough from sticking to your hands), then separate dough into 20 evenly sized balls.
Serve or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
