    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a cupcake tin with 9 liners.
    2. In a bowl, stir together all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, coconut, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder).
    3. In another bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the eggs and peanut butter together.
    4. Add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
    5. Divide batter between the 9 cupcake liners. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let the cupcakes cool completely before adding toppings and serving.
