    2 ¾ c gluten-free rice cereal
    3 ½ c gluten-free mini marshmallows
    ¼ c coconut oil
    ¾ c Salted Caramel Peanut Butter 
    ½ c chocolate chips
    1 tsp coconut oil
    Flaked sea salt

    Instructions
    1. Place the peanut butter and coconut into a small pot and stir over low heat until smooth. Add in the marshmallows and continue stirring until completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in cereal.
    2. Press the mixture into a 9x9 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper. Let cool completely. Once cooled, use a sharp knife to cut the rice crispy bar into 16 pieces.
    3. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together then dip each piece into chocolate. Place the bars into the freezer until chocolate sets. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
