    Chocolate Donuts with White Chocolate Matcha Frosting Ingredients:

    2 eggs, large
    1/2 cup + 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
    1/2 cup gluten-free baking flour
    1/2 cup almond flour
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 cup coconut sugar
    1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
    3/4 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    Pinch sea salt

    Frosting:
    1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate
    1/4 cup White chocolate Peanut Butter
    1 tsp matcha powder

    Instructions
    1. Prepare the donuts by mixing all the wet ingredients in mixing bowl until smooth. Add in the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
    2. Place the batter into a piping bag and pipe the batter into 6 donuts molds prepped with non-stick spray.
    3. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 F. Let cool.
    4. Once cooled, melt the chocolate until smooth and dip each donut in chocolate.
    5. Stir together the matcha and peanut butter until smooth and place in a piping bag.
    6. Decorate donuts with matcha peanut butter frosting. Chill until chocolate is solid before serving.
