    Chunky Monkey Popsicle Ingredients:

    1/2 cup greek yogurt
    3/4 cup almond milk
    1/4 cup Peanut Butter
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 bananas, seperated
    1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts

    1. In a food processor blend together the greek yogurt, almond milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder and 1 banana until smooth. Set aside.
    2. Slice the second banana into thin slices and place 2-3 slices into seven standard size popsicle molds.
    3. Fill the molds with the mixture and top with peanuts. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight. To remove popsicles, run the molds under warm water for 1 minute.
