  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper
  2. In a small bowl, stir together all crumble ingredients and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, stir together all dry cake ingredients and set aside. In another bowl, stir together all
    wet ingredients until smooth. Add the dry to the wet and mix until no dry spots remaining.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, top with half of the crumble mixture then top with
    remaining batter. Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture on top of the cake.
  5. Bake for 21-23 minutes.
  6. Let cool before serving.
