    Cinnamon Raisin Waffles
    Instructions
    1. Place the oats into a blender and blend until in flour form.
    2. Transfer the flour to a mixing bowl and stir in the stevia, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
    3. In another bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, applesauce, egg, vanilla and almond milk until smooth.
    4. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until a batter forms.
    5. Prepare a waffle iron with non-stick spray and turn on high heat.
    6. Cook waffles ¼ cup at a time until golden brown. Add toppings and serve.
