    2 bananas, ripe
    1 c gluten-free flour
    ¾ c almond milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    5-10 tbsp Cocoa Hazelnut 
    ¼ c raspberries
    ¼ c blueberries
    ¼ c strawberries

    Cocoa Hazelnut Banana Pancake Roll Ups
    Instructions
    1. In a medium size bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Add in the eggs and almond milk. Whisk until smooth.
    2. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
    3. Prepare a skillet or pancake pan with non-stick spray. Cook pancakes ⅓ cup of batter at a time on a medium heat until bubbles form. Flip and cook other side until golden brown. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of NNM Hazelnut Spread on one side of the pancake, top with assorted berries and roll up.
