    Cookie Dough Peanut Butter Waffles Ingredients:

    ¾ cup gluten free baking flour
    ¼ cup tapioca flour
    ¾ tsp baking soda
    1 cup almond milk
    ¼ cup NNM  Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Peanut Butter + more for topping
    1 egg, large
    1 tbsp butter, melted
    2 tbsp agave
    1 tsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Instructions
    1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flours and baking soda until combined.
    2. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, peanut butter, butter, almond milk, vinegar, agave and vanilla until smooth.
    3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until a batter forms.
    4. Heat a waffle iron and prepare with non-stick spray. Fill waffle iron with batter and cook until golden brown.
    5. Serve immediately. Top with more peanut butter if desired.
