    Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bundt Cake Ingredients: 

    1 cup gluten-free baking flour
    1/4 cup coconut flour
    1/4 cup coconut sugar
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter
    2 eggs, large
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    3/4 cup almond milk
    Stevia to taste
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    Pinch sea salt
    50g Sugar-free dark chocolate, melted

    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare mini bundt cake pan with non-stick spray.
    2. In a mixing bowl, stir together all dry ingredients until combined. Add in the wet ingredients (except chocolate) and whisk until smooth.
    3. Fill 4 of the bundt cake molds with batter leaving about 1/2 inch of room from the top.
    4. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool.
    5. Top cakes with melted chocolate and serve.
