    ½ c Cookie Butter peanut butter
    ¼ c sugar-free maple syrup or sticky syrup (agave, honey, etc.)
    ¼ c granulated erythritol
    1 c gluten-free flour
    1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    Pinch salt
    2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

    Edible Cookie Butter Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
    Instructions
    1. In a large bowl, stir together the cookie butter, sugar-free maple syrup and vanilla extract.
    2. Add in the flour and salt. Dump the mixture into a stand alone mixer and mix until a dough forms. Add in the almond milk and continue mixing. Ultimately you can use your hands to mix everything together if needed.
    3. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
    4. Separate dough into 16 evenly sized balls and chill for two hours before serving.
