    French Toast Ingredients:

    12 slices gluten free bread
    3 eggs, large
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1/2 cup eggnog
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp cinnamon

    Topping:
    1/4 cup Apple Crisp Peanut Butter
    2 tbsp butter, cubed
    1/4 cup gluten free flour
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon

    Instructions
    1. Spray a 9x9 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
    2. Cut the bread into cubes and place them into the baking dish. Set aside.
    3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, eggnog, vanilla and cinnamon.
    4. Pour the mixture evenly over the bread.
    5. Cover with tin foil and chill overnight in the refrigerator.
    6. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 350F. Drizzle peanut butter over bread.
    7. Place the butter, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon into a bowl and use a fork or pastry cutter to mash together until crumbles form.
    8. Sprinkle the topping over the peanut butter.
    9. Cover with tin foil and bake for 20 minutes.
    10. Remove cover and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Serve.
