    ½ c coconut sugar
    1 egg
    3 tbsp Maple Peanut Butter Powder
    1 ½ c almond milk
    1 packet stevia
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    Topping
    ¼ banana sliced
    1 tbsp peanuts
    Peanut Butter Drizzle
    3 tbsp Maple Peanut Butter Powder + 2 tbsp water

    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a 6x6 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
    2. In mixing bowl, stir together the rolled oats, coconut sugar, peanut butter powder and stevia until combined. Add in the egg, milk and vanilla. Mix until combined.
    3. Pour the oat mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.
    4. Remove and let cool slightly before topping with sliced banana, peanuts and peanut butter drizzle.
