    Mocha Chia Pudding
    1. Place all ingredients into a blender (dry ingredients on top away from the blades) and pulse until combined.
    2. Let sit for 2 minutes.
    3. Pulse again and then transfer to a jar with a lid.
    4. Chill overnight before serving.
