    Peppermint Mocha Pattie Ingredients:

    1 1/2 cup flaked coconut (unsweetened)
    1 tbsp honey or agave
    2 tbsp almond milk
    1 tbsp coconut oil
    6 tsp Mint Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter
    1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
    1 tsp coconut oil

    Instructions
    1. Place the coconut, honey, milk and coconut oil into a food processor or nutribullet and blend until a dough forms. You will need to stop and scrape the sides as you go.
    2. Form the dough into 6 evenly sized patties and place them on a piece of parchment paper.
    3. Top each patty with one teaspoon of peanut butter.
    4. Freeze for 1 hour.
    5. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
    6. Use a fork to dip each frozen patty into the chocolate, letting the excess chocolate drip off before returning the patty to the parchment paper.
    7. Finish with sprinkles if desired. Serve.
    8. *Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
