Pumpkin Cookie Butter Latte
In a small pot over medium heat, stir together the almond milk, pumpkin, maple syrup and cookie butter until just before it starts to boil.
Distribute the coffee between 3 serving glasses and then pour the pumpkin mixture over the coffee.
Top with whipped cream and serve.
