Pumpkin Halloween Doughnuts
Pumpkin Halloween Doughnut Ingredients:
3/4 cup gluten free oat flour
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/4 cup almond milk
2 eggs, large
2 tbsp Spiced Pumpkin Pie Peanut Butter
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tsp almond milk
Plastic vampire teeth
Pumpkin Halloween Donuts
Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a standard donut pan with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin, milk, eggs, peanut butter and vanilla.
Add in the remaining dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Transfer the batter to a piping bag and piping the batter evenly into 6 molds. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
Once cooled, stir together the glaze ingredients.
Spoon the glaze over the donuts add the eyes and plastic teeth.
