    1/4 cup NNM Peanut Butter
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp turmeric + more for sprinkling
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp salt

    1. Preheat oven to 375F and prepare a baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper.
    2. In a small bowl, stir together the peanut butter, olive oil, turmeric, cayenne pepper and salt until smooth.
    3. Add the chickpeas to a large bowl and cover with peanut butter mixture. Use a spatula to stir until all the chickpeas are well coated.
    4. Place the chickpeas on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool before serving.
