    Rocky Road Chocolate Chia Parfait Ingredients:

    Chia Pudding Layer:
    1/4 cup chia seeds
    1/4 cup full fat coconut milk (room temp)
    1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    2 tbsp honey
    3 tbsp unsweetened cocao powder

    Yogurt Layer:
    1/2 cup Greek yogurt
    1/4 cup Hazelnut Spread

    Other:
    1/4 cup chopped sugar-free chocolate
    1/4 cup gluten-free mini marshmallows
    2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts

    Instructions
    1. Prepare your chia layer by placing the milks, honey and chia into a mason jar (or container with a lid) and stirring until well mixed. Chill for at least 3 hours.
    2. Once chilled stir in the cocao powder and distribute into 3 serving glasses.
    3. Stir the yogurt layer together and top the the chia layers with the yogurt mix. Finish with chopped chocolate, marshmallows and hazelnuts.
