    1 egg, whole

    ¼ c chocolate chips, chopped

    ½ tsp baking soda

    Flaked salt for sprinkling

    Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Cookie Bars
    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper.
    2. Place the peanut butter into a bowl and stir in the brown sugar and baking soda until completely combined. Add egg and continue mixing until a crumbly dough forms. Fold in chopped chocolate chips.
    3. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the pan and bake for 13-15 minutes.
    4. Remove from oven, sprinkle with flaked salt and let cool completely before cutting into 16 bars and devouring!
