S’mores Hazelnut Brownies
S’mores Hazelnut Brownie Ingredients:
1 cup Hazelnut Spread
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch sea salt
2 gluten- free graham crackers, broken into pieces
1/2 cup gluten-free mini marshmallows
50g dark chocolate, melted
S'mores Hazelnut Brownies
Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, using a handheld mixer, beat together the peanut butter, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, egg, baking soda and salt until a dough forms. Press the dough into a 6x6 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 7-8 minutes.
Next, use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the top of the brownies and then spread 3/4 of the melted chocolate over the top of the brownies.
Finish with graham cracker pieces and marshmallows.
Return to the oven for 7-8 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown. Drizzle remaining melted chocolate over brownies. Cut into squares and serve.
