    Strawberry French Toast Ingredients:

    6 slices bread
    4 eggs, large
    1 cup almond milk
    2 tbsp Nuts ‘N More White Chocolate Pretzel Peanut Butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Topping:
    Whipped cream
    Strawberries
    Maple syrup

    Instructions
    1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and well combined.
    2. Prepare a frying pan with non-stick spray and turn on medium heat.
    3. Soak each slice of bread in the mixture for 2 minutes before placing in the pan.
    4. Cook until golden brown, flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat.
    5. Serve with whipped cream, strawberries and maple syrup.
