    Strawberry Shortcake Kabob Ingredients:

    1 cup almond flour
    1/4 cup coconut flour
    1/4 cup Truvia or granulated sweetener
    3/4 cup White Chocolate Peanut Butter
    1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
    1/2 cup almond milk
    2 eggs, large
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp salt

    For the skewers:
    20 strawberries, stems removed
    1/4 cup White Chocolate Peanut Butter

    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a 9x12 in baking sheet or similar size with non-stick spray.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together all wet cake ingredients until smooth using a handheld mixer.
    3. In another bowl, stir together the dry ingredients. Add the dry to the wet and mix just until combined.
    4. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared sheet pan and bake for 16-19 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    5. Let cool and cut into roughly 40 small squares. Arrange 4 squares and two strawberries on each skewer. Makes 10.
    6. Drizzle peanut butter over cake on skewers and serve.
