    3 slices gluten-free bread
    3 tbsp Toffee Crunch Peanut Butter
    1 apple, sliced
    1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
    1 tbsp sliced almonds
    1 tbsp rolled oats
    1 tbsp honey
    sprinkle of cinnamon
