    White Chocolate Pretzel Cupcakes Ingredients:

    1 cup gluten-free baking flour
    1/3 cup granulated sweetener
    1/4 cup White Chocolate Pretzel Peanut Butter
    1 egg, large
    1/4 cup egg whites
    1/2 cup + 2 tbsp almond milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tbsp baking powder
    Pinch sea salt

    Frosting:
    3/4 cup packaged vanilla frosting
    1/2 cup White Chocolate Peanut Butter

    Other:
    Mini gluten-free pretzels for topping

    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare a cupcake tin with 10 liners.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, granulated sweetener, baking powder and sea salt.
    3. Add in the peanut butter, egg, egg whites, milk and vanilla and mix until well incorporated. Distribute the mixture between the liners.
    4. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool.
    5. Stir together the peanut butter and packaged frosting until smooth. Transfer mixture to a piping bag and decorate cupcakes. Finish with a gluten-free pretzel.
