Blueberry Banana Nut Snack Bites

Blueberry Banana Bread Snack Bite Ingredients:
3 cups gluten free rolled oats
1 ripe medium banana, mashed
1/2 cup Banana Nut Peanut Butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup freeze dried blueberries

- 3 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 ripe medium banana mashed

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup freeze dried blueberries

Instructions
- Place 2 1/2 cups of the rolled oats into a food processor and blend until a sticky dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a mixer or large bowl and add the remaining oats and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the blueberries.
- Wet the palms of your hands and barely dry them (leaving them slightly damp will prevent the dough from sticking to your hands), then separate dough into 20 evenly sized balls.
- Serve or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
