Chipotle Lime Panko Chicken Ingredients:
¾ c panko bread crumbs
1 egg, large
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
1 lbs chicken tenders

Chipotle Lime Panko Chicken
Preheat oven to 400 F and prepare a baking sheet with sheet with parchment paper.
Place the bread crumbs in a shallow bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg, mustard, flour, salt and pepper and set aside.
Add each chicken tender into the egg mixture until completely covered.
Toss in bread crumbs to coat and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-22 minutes.
Serve with Nuts ‘N More Chipotle Lime Peanut Butter.
