    1 large sweet potato, skinned and cubed
    2 tbsp Cinnamon Raisin Almond Butter 
    1 tsp cinnamon
    ⅛ tsp salt
    1-2 tbsp almond milk
    Toppings per bowl
    2 tbsp Greek yogurt
    2 tsp Cinnamon Raisin Almond Butter 
    3 tbsp pomegranate seeds
    Dash cinnamon

    Cinnamon Raisin Almond Butter Sweet Potato Bowl
    Instructions
    1. Place the cubed sweet potato pieces on a microwave safe plate, add a couple of drops of water and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until soft
    2. Transfer the hot sweet potato cubes to a food processor and add the peanut butter, cinnamon and salt. Blend until pureed. Add 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk to help with blending if needed.
    3. Divide pureed sweet potato into two bowls. Top with greek yogurt, more peanut butter, pomegranate seeds and cinnamon.
