    Grilled Waffle Sandwich Ingredients:

    1 cup gluten free baking flour
    1 tbsp granulated erythritol
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 egg, large
    2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
    1/2 cup greek yogurt
    1/3 cup almond milk
    2 packets Birthday Cake Peanut Butter
    1 banana, sliced
    1 tbsp sprinkles

    1. Prepare a waffle iron with non-stick spray and turn on high heat.
    2. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, yogurt and coconut oil until smooth.
    3. Add in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and granulated erythritol and stir until no dry spots remain.
    4. Stir in sprinkles.
    5. Spoon the batter into the center of the waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
    6. Spread the peanut butter onto one side of each waffle. Top with bananas. Put the pieces together to create a sandwich.
    7. Place the sandwich into a frying pan prepared with non-stick spray.
    8. Cook on medium heat until toasted. Flip and cook the other side.
