    • 3 large bananas frozen
    • 2 tbsp. almond milk
    • 1/4 cup toffee crunch peanut butter
    • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 2 packets stevia
    • 1 large fresh banana sliced
    • 1 premade pie crust
    • whipped topping

    Toffee Crunch Banana Ice Cream Pie
    Instructions
    1. Line the bottom of the pre-made pie crust with fresh banana slices and set aside
    2. Place the frozen bananas, almond milk, peanut butter and stevia into a food processor or blender and blend on high until smooth.
    3. Remove half of the banana mixture and set aside. Add in 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder to the remaining banana mixture and blend until incorporated.
    4. Pour the chocolate banana ice cream into the pie crust. Top the chocolate banana ice cream with the plain one that was set aside.
    5. Place in the freezer for 4 hours or until frozen. Top with whipped cream and more bananas before serving.
