    Valentine’s Day Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients:

    1 cup Nuts ‘N More Cookie Dough Peanut Butter
    1 egg, large
    ½ cup Truvia or coconut sugar
    ¾ tsp baking powder
    ⅛ tsp salt
    10 chocolate heart candies
    Fancy sugar for rolling (optional)

    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. In a mixing bowl bowl, beat the peanut butter, Truvia or coconut sugar, baking powder and salt until light and airy, about 2 minutes. Add in the egg and mix until a dough forms.
    3. Separate the dough into 10 evenly sized balls.
    4. Roll the balls in fancy sugar if desired and place them on the baking sheet sheet about 2-3 inches apart. Press the balls down slightly to flatten.
    5. Bake for 9-10 minutes.
    6. Once you remove them from the oven, immediately place a chocolate heart in the center. Let cool completely before serving.
